I have paid Rs.8879.15 through online payment procedure

But due to some discrepancies, i withdrew the policy and demanding my refund of Rs. 8879.15.

Now the policy bazaar and Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co. Ltd are not giving me refund.

I have also made my complaint to IRDA on Dated 20.08.2010 , but they have not taken any step to help me.

Now I have last hope in you, you are requested to please help me for refund of my hardearned money worth Rs.8879.15 from policy bazaar and Apollo Munich

I had issued cheque to Apollo Munich for my health insurance policy in mid Dec 2010. After numerous follow-ups I got my medical checkup date given after 15 days. Again after innumerable phone calls I finally received a mail on 13th Jan 2011 from Apollo Munich saying that my policy has been approved and issued and I will shortly be receiving the policy documents. However, till date I have not received the documents and when I called their customer service, the person was so rude and was not interested in helping me out. I am at my wits end how to go about getting my policy documents and I am mighty disappointed with this pathetic service being given by Apollo Munich.
