Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my health insurance card from Apollo Munich,is not renewed almost one month after payment and as per the statement attached from the credit card bank.

My Policy no-1000079016

I had paid the renewal for my insurance for an amount of Rs 9715.55 online on 1-04-2011 but still did not receive any communication nor any documents from your end. When I checked online i could see it tells REQUEST UNDER PROCESSING

To Confirm I have the Credit card statement as on 18-4-2011 , the payment was done but you and you have not renewed my health insurance as of date.

This means even if you have the money but it was intentional to harass the customer and suggesting for going for a fresh policy. This is a conspiracy to make more money from me and not giving the benifit of 10% increase of sun assured which you provide if there is no claim in the year. Moreover, if there was a requirement of the medical facilities then you would have just ignored the benifit saying the insurance got expired.

Hence as per the result of mental harassment and non compliance you need to compensate by incresing the policy of each membesr without any additional cost for the mental harassment on me and my family. To keep informed , the website still shows the request is under process because the website had already received the payment as per the statement .
