I have send a Rs 30000 cheque (State Bank India, cheque number-247479 dated 18 june , 2010 ) to aviva life insurance to pay for my policy - SCG2104624 .
But aviva ofice is saying that they havnot received the cheque but cheque has been cleared through MICR centre , New Delhi... please help me...

As indicated through our email to you, we would like to inform you that we have evaluated the case and there is no record of any credit received against the cheque number mentioned by you.

Further, to re-evaluate the case may we request you to submit the following information at any of the nearest Aviva touch point/ branch.
1.Bank Statement reflecting the amount
2. Aviva branch location where cheque was sent
3. Courier Name and POD no.
We request you to submit the above mentioned documents at your nearest Aviva branch or send it to the address mentioned below within 10 days of receipt of this letter.
