Please refer to the mails attached below wherein we were entitled for gifts from Aviva Life Insurance Company as per there contest and the same were delivered to us by India Times Shopping. On receiving the goods we found them in damaged condition and after constant mailers to them they finally agreed to hange the said goods as per the confirmation mail from them below. But till date even after sending them various reminders and mails neither have they reverted back nor returned our gifts.. The same has made me lose my trust on INDIA TIMES SHOPPING>

Now as the same has been delayed by months i would ask your goodself to penalise the said India Times Shopping and we get a fair compensation.......

Please refer the below mail and its content. I regret to inform you all that i ve been cheated by India Times Shopping, firstly by sending a faulty gifts to me an dnow by not delevering my gifts to me even after receving the same in month of july 2010.

This is my final mail and reminder to you all before i approach not only the media but also would be forced to approach consumer court along with copies of all your mails as before re despatching your damaged gifts to you i have taken photographs and recorded the gifts fom my handy cam.

So you all cant say that the gifts received by me were not damaged.

Hope i get my proper gifts within this week to avoid any further action from my end.............................................
