Dear Sir,

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Limited has rejected my claim for my bike which got skidded and some of the parts were broken, pretending that the insurance was not in your name. It should be noted that the bike was insured not the personand the loss was to the bike which should be compensated. They send me a letter which was to be replied within a week, but on approaching the given address nobody was found there from the insurance company and the phone numbers given belonged somebody else and some of them were not working

please look into the matter.
