I’have transferred my health insurance policy from bajaj health insurance to Apollo this year. My sum insured with bajaj was 3 lakhs while that with Apollo
Is 5 lakhs.

Since bajaj did not update no claim bonus amount Rs 15000 (5%) on IRDA portal, Apollo Munich has not incorporated the no-claim bonus in my new policy.

The renewal notice sent to me by Bajaj clearly mentions that 5% no claim bonus (Rs 15000) is due on my policy renewal.

Bajaj should update this on IRDA porta immediately so that Apollo Munich can incorporate it in their policy.

Last year Bajaj policy number is OG-11-1905-6001-00000409 and my new Apollo Munich Policy number is 160400/11051/1000252462.

Please go through my contact details available in your database for policy OG-11-1905-6001-00000409. I'have also logged complaint on bajaj site. Can you take this on priority and reply in a timely manner.
