    Default Bajaj Allianz Life Assured Claim Rejection

    My mother has joined for Bajaj Allianz so called Life Assured scheme and put my brother as nominee who is mentally retarded. After paying 2 years regular premium my mother had passed away. We obtained the Death Certificate and submitted our claim.

    Now they rejected the claim saying prior to join the policy my mother was taking some medicines which were not disclosed. The reality is different. My mother is illiterate to read this company's lengthy forms and she only signed the forms wherever the stupid agents asked for. These cunning company agents filled the form and even this company asked my mother to go for some of their corrupted Doctors for medical tests and she passed all ??? and then she joined the policy. Now the company says she didn't disclose her diseases. My doubt then what tests this company doctor did.????!!!!!!!!!!

    This company has to understand one thing that they are cheating the uneducated people of INDIA while sending crooked agents to these common people and even taking medical tests by their corrupted Doctors. House wives or Layman don't understand their hidden conditions what they printed in foreign language and never explain the details to the insured in their own language. Always these company agents and their supervisors to Managers convince the layman people that medical reports are acceptable and only remit the premium amounts so that they get good amount as COMMISSION. When a claim arises all the company employees either agents or supervisors or managers just advise contact some unknown people at their head quarters and they are ready for rejecting the claims from a LAYMAN at very first instance.

    Now I would like to ask the company representative, what the next step to do by the nominee and their dependents once your CRC reject the claim. What about the money paid by the insured as premium amounts to your company. What action you are going to take against your agents and doctors to stop cheating common people of INDIA. You have to understand never these agents disclose the hidden conditions mentioned in your forms to the people. When they canvas they say your company is the BEST among in country and always HELPS the layman. But regret to inform the reality is SORE.

    As I have explained in my complaint, I have contacted you and even sent complaint letter to CRC, but have rejected our claim. Hence, request to reply me here

    1. What is the next step to be taken by a nominee or dependents of policy holder when CRC rejected the claim.

    2. What about the money remitted by our beloved mother from her house chore savings.

    I would request you to reply me here as it may help many others in future.

    No reply from Bajaj Allianz..

    This is their normal practice. Ask to contact Customer care n frankly they repeat saying your claim rejected. Better go to Ombudsman or Court.

    Please post your policy number here so the Bajaj rep can dig in your case and provide us with an explanation as without the number it wont be possible to look into the case.

    I hope this matter gets resolved to your satisfaction.

    No use, once you give your money to Bajaj Allianz they shows deaf ear.
    In other words say "Andhe Ke age Rona Apne Ansoo Khona"
    Only you can do is keep telling and educating the people for the loses occured due to trusting Private Insurance company or their agents. Their Policy schedule comes when you sign the form, no any policy clauses are shown in advance only the word of mouth of agent. further more if you ask them to provide the transaltion of clauses Bajaj Allianz refuse. They want the customer across the country but clauses are only and only in English Language to trap the innocent people.
    Bajaj Allianz only exisit to keep our hard earn money.
