Dear Sir/ M'am
I have a life insurance ULIP from above company. The policy is connected through ECS for monthly premium payment from my Bank account. In spite of my repeated requests and complaint on customer care number (Complaint No.15248763) about issue of receipt for my monthly premium payment through email, the company has never sent any receipt for the same. Consequently, i never come to know that my premium has been credited in the company account or not for my policy in that particular month. Even when my policy got lapsed due to non-payment of premium amount, and this too was due to company's own mistake as they didn't forward the demand to the bank in those months, I did not get any email or other information from Bajaj Allianz. They kept sitting till I checked it from my account and contacted them. Then they bungled up in all the premium payment adjustments and unit allocations. The Company's financial accounting is atrocious and concern for customers is zero. There customer care number is out of order and agents/ executives are not responding. Please intervene to address my issues.
