    Dear Sir,


    Policy Details:-

    Policy Name: Group Unit Gain Policy
    Company Name: Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited
    Agent Name: INDIA INFOLINE INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED
    Agent Code: 7000003021
    Group Policy Number: 0184029017
    Membership Number: 0196613594 and 0197201588
    Sum Assured: ` 350000 and ` 150000 respectively
    Premium paid: ` 35000 and ` 15000 respectively

    My father (Late Ajit Dey) had purchased the above mentioned policy in Dec’10, we had earlier opted for health policy, but due to the fact he was suffering from CA Rectum and his age 65, he was not considered eligible for health policy, instead the agent Ashish (9821669688) from Bajaj Allianz advised to go the above mentioned policy as this was an investment policy and no condition related to health prevails (the cover condition does not mention of any health conditions or existing diseases) also there was no medical test, also we are assured that the sum assured and riders will be payable with guarantee and all the claim would be handled by the agent (INDIA INFOLINE) by Vikash (9323868744).

    Unfortunately my father expired on Feb’11, to my utter disbelief and disappointment, INDIA INFOLINE was not helpful, their contact number in “certificate of insurance” does not work and I myself had to submit the claim to the nearest branch, also both the mobiles of Ashish and Vikash are not reachable, although an email intimation of the death was given on 9th March to Bajaj Alliance and INDIA INFOLINE.

    We have received ONLY “certificate of insurance” as the ONLY policy document, we have not received any proposal and/or other policy documents or bond, two complaints has been lodged (I track Number: 10750699 and Issue No. 10695421).

    I am been given the reason of claim being repudiated as non-disclosure of material facts, I beg to disagree here as all the facts were revealed to the agent, also the agent advised that the policy in question is of “investment” nature and not of health or life, also we have not got any policy documents or terms and condition, where we could peruse and raise any objection or discrepancies found, we could have raised our grievance then.

    There was no reply on question like:-
    1) “If this was investment policy why are question on heath raised”?
    2) “If the policy has life cover, then why no medical test done or it is not mention of non-coverage of existing diseases”?
    3) “Why are the terms and conditions not part of the policy kit and not given or shared with a member”?

    Now after my email communication with Bajaj Allianz, I can only come to a conclusion that my father and now I have been misleaded and fudged by the agent or I am been given to experience lame excuse of not honoring the claim.

    Bajaj Allianz Company is known for its justice at same level for all customers, but in this case I am facing in-justice that too at the time of my tough time in my personal life. I am expecting Bajaj Allianz Company to honor my claim. My Father and now I have invested our hard earned money and now I spending my precious time in getting my money back. I would request you to kindly help me in this tough time.

    Hence hereby I put my humble request you to get the claim honored with an unbiased and without prejudice treatment to my claim. If not possible, then please assist me to get my premium of `50000 returned on the base of “breach of trust”.

    Default To get back money

    This is inform you that I am Mr. Akabar, My proposal no. is 0136679095. i want to return my 15000 because I am walking behind of Saharanpur Bajaj Allianz branch manager to get the policy bond . This activity is doing from four months and also given the indemnity bond to Saharanpur Bajaj Allianz branch manager. Second complain, before opening the policy he was saying that after three year you will get two lakh and another one lakh according to reliance scheme but it is totally wrong. Therefore I want to get my money if you will not give my money within 15 days after that I will complain to the police and also print to the newspaper/go to consumer court.

    Default To get the policy bond

    Dear Sir
    This is inform you that I am Mrs. Binapani Kandi, My policy No. is 0174026390. I am Submitting Rs.50000.00 (Fifty thouasand only) in 120,P.LAW COLLEGE SQURE, NEAR HOTEL GOURI SANKER, KENDRAPARA,ORISSA vide Serial No. B6284898 and Receipt No. 0318468311 on 02/06/2010,11.03.30 AM as proposal deposite through Agent. Till the date I have not get the Policy Bond from the office. After complain about this matter to the agent last six month still iam not getting this bond.if I will not get the Policy Bond Within 15 days then Ishall be discontinued the policy. Now I am completly dissapointed with your company service and also in your company. So Kindly take quick and proper step for this, may I Convince to continue the policy. otherwise as your wish.
