we had done a insurance of a machinery which had met accident on 10/12/2010 which
policy no. og-10-1302-0410-00000116.

we had submitted all the related papers & done payment of 1500000 ( fifteen lack only) on 10/07/2011 & not geating my claim till date.

bajaj representative track all the process that mean time they says i will get 100% payment but yesterday their representative says i cant get any money without any reason.


i want to know the reason of this action in written & why it is not inform us at that time.
