I have purchase a Mediclaim Policy with the Bajaj Allinze. On that time he promised me that he gives me the 500/- cash voucher to purchase any item according to given list.

He claimed me that he will sent it within 1 months, but he didn't send me and also not give me any satisfactry answare form his side.

I have all mails fo the conversation regarding this matter.

can you please help me or sahould I close tha topic if you are not able to help me.
