I Sukumar Tudu got a call from some Prabhash Sharma in march 2011 regarding life insurance policy of bajaj finserve ,he convinced me to take the policy for that i gave him two cheque, after one month i got the hard copy of policy no-169079980 loan a/c no-4010cd00011030INS due to some reason i cancelled it within 8days,their executive told me that my policy got cancelled after four month in September i got a letter from their head office that i have a personal loan with Bajaj finserv no-401DPL00141902 loan amount Rs.30480 and an amount of Rs.2737 EMI start deducted from my a/c which is supposed to deduct if my policy continue till now they cut 2 EMIs without any reason.I am feeling very helpless nobody of their executives respond to my calls I also do visit their office but nobody concern they literally harass me .this is simply forgery.
