Sir I have Opened a Insurance policy from Bharati AXA Life Insurance and my policy No is
5001771012 and paid one instalment of Rs 12,500/- but due to some domestic problem I surrender the policy on 09 Sep 10, in Nasik Branch while surrending the policy bond they told me that the amount will be refund after the closing of accounting year and will get your money back by Oct 11, but till now I have not received and later after Oct 11 I called the customer care they inform me that you will not get the money due to premature surrender of the policy. Whereas during the time of surrender of my policy in Nasik branch no one had dare to inform me the that you will not get the amount back but now they are saying you will not get the money. Please help me.
