Dear sir,

I have my car comprehensive insurance with BHARTI Axa Car INSURANCE since last 2 years and last year as i did not had any claims i got a NO Claim Bonus.

Recently i met with an accident with my FORD FIESTA in LUCKNOW UP.

I send my car to the ford workshop in Lucknow after the repair i was supposed to pay 10% of METAL PARTS,
and 50% of PLASTIC parts.

the company included many METAL parts as PLASTIC like PCM which is worth 50,000/- as they considered it as plastic i had to 25,000 appox. for the PCM while actually i had to pay only 10% i.e 5000/- Rupee

I also had to pay 10% of salvage on metal parts which is not justified. (As they forcefully sold damaged spare parts of my car to me) and charged 10% of it as salvage and i end up paying another 3500/- extra.
