Sir,

With reference to above I Mr. Ujjal Saha, would like to intimate you that I had taken a policy by the request of your FO (Mr. Manish Mishra.), but I was surprised when I got the Bond of the above said policy because your FO told me that I have to pay only for 3years but the policy is for 12years and the maturity period of the policy is 15years, immediately I told your FO to withdraw my policy, because I am unable to pay for 12years. But I didn’t get any response from his site.

Hence I request you to do the immediate action for my withdrawal; otherwise I will be bound to take the help of the court.
