Honorable Sir/Madam,

Myself, Sangita Kumari previously worked as an Advisor with Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (BSLI) received a legal compensation notice from BSLI Co.ltd. blaming me to pay the overdue on cessation of my agency with following details:

1. Notice Ref. No. STY/256/043
2. Notice dated 20.09.10
3. Sender: Mr. Sanjeev T Yadav, Advocate HIgh Court Mumbai on behalf of BSLI Co. Ltd.
4. Notice recepient name: Sangita Kumari, B.Deoghar(Jharkhand)
5. Notice receiving date : 02.12.2010
6. Mode of Notice: General Post

The theme of notice sent into my name is as:
1. There is legal blame of Claw back /Charge back of commissions of Rs.4117 /- due on
cessation of my agency.
2. Repeated follow ups & communications by M/s Birla Sunlife Insurance for the same
aforesaid due payment.
3. You have to pay the due of Rs. 4117/- along with Interest rate@ 18% per annum &
Rs.1000/- for the legal notice charge being sent within a week from the date of receipt.

But, not such kind of any information/allegation was communicated to me by any means earlier to this notice. When i asked about the evidence supporting the legal notice then it was communicated to me that this notice was sent into my name from BSLI due to some technical error in the name.
Due to this unexpected legal notice, i suffered mental harassment & mental torturing a lot during the period.
So, i appeal before the Honourable Consumer Court for the compensatory action against the sender BSLI Co. Ltd. for such kind of illegal cum torturing notice without any verification so that none else should get suffered in future.
