Against that I already wrote you before that I didnt get policy. as per your letter your answer " As per our records, your policy was issued on April 30, 2011 and the policy document was delivered at your registered address on May 09, 2011 by Blue Dart courier; vide POD number 44294693973, recipient name is Sailendra. "
This "sailendra" is not me & that address & signature was not mine on POD
I already wrote this many times to you. howmany times I had to tell you that "I didnt get any policy document from your company. Stop the practice of missselling of policies to customers.
after that mail you answered me my phone 9893875076 by your customer care dept. is that mrs sunita recieved my policy document.
actualy I didnt recieved any policy document. because after 10th nov 2011 when I came to know when i visit your branch that my address was not correct on my document then I give you an application for correction in address . And you corrected that address 14 nov 2011. after that I didn't recieved any policy document from your company.
after changing address I got your letters but not policy document.
I wrote every time that was not my mistek so I can't fill your reqired doc that you wrote
"To enable us issue a duplicate policy document, we request you to kindly submit the below requirements
Ø Indemnity bond on a stamp paper of Rs.200.00 duly signed and notarized.
Ø Valid address and photo id proof attested by self and Branch Head/Banker"
replied me I any misshep with me who is responsible for my insurance.I fill i am very happy that I never get any misshappening.
this is not the proper solution .
I didnt get policy document so whenever I got my policy document I will demand freelook. & you must provide me.

I know the rule is that whenever policy holder got policy document he got 15 days for freelook.

this is a true problem created by your company .
