I have taken a ULIP insurance policy on 17-Jul-2008 with PolicyID 001853075 and I am continuosly paying premium for that for last 3 and half year.

I am entitled for partial withdrawal of my money.I have given a withdrawal request first on 5th Nov 2011 and since then I have many times resubmitted the required documents and called their customer care many times.
I also written to their grivances and chief grievance officer many times.

Though I have correctly submitted all the documents they are asking still I am waiting for more than last two months and Birla Sunlife is not refunding my money.

Can you please help me in this.I need money urgently and they are not listening to me.

I have with me, all the acknowledgement slips for documents and copy of many emails I have written to them.
