Dear sir/ madam,
Providing brief of the incidences below.
An executive named Mrs Swapnali Parekh (Mob no.8080634037, off no.02264507203) had compelled me to purchase 3 policies (ref.2,3,4) from BSL without giving proper information, in fact she mislead me by asking to close my platinum plus policy (ref.1) saying that I would get Rs.2,89,000/- in the first week of Sept.11. To complete the formalities she forced me to invest Rs.60,000/- in those 3 policies.
As this is a case of cheating/ fraud I wish to get back my Rs.60,000/- (with interest) invested in 3 policies (ref.2,3,4) Kindly look into this serious matter.
Since this matter is not resolved , I forward this complain to IRDA, consumer court.
I have not asked to cancel my policies (ref 2, 3, 4) in normal circumstances. They have been sold to me by fraudulent ways (which are still prevalent) by giving wrong information against the norms of IRDA, hence I want my money back.
