This is Anil Bhat working with HDFC Bank Ltd having a policy with BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE COMPANY policy no (001791645). I have visited Bajaj Capital(Broker of Birla sunlife Insurance company) requested to change my nominee details which BAJAJ CAPITAL have wrongly mentioned as Moti lal gupta instead of Moti lal bhat. I have taken that policy dated 13/06/2008 in which nominee name is clearly mentioned as Moti lal bhat. When I visited Bajaj Capital office to change my nominee and given application to correct the nominee details. I have not signed any application form but give request on plain paper dated 30/11/2010. On dated 24/03/2011 I received a acknowledge slip regarding correction of nominee details in which my sign was faked and witness was Mr Nilambuj Singh along with his signature on the form.I have never met Mr Nilambuj Singh and cannot understand how can he put his name as the witness. Some body has also verified my signature dated 29/01/2011. The fact is how a customer will trust the organisation that is doing fake sign and verifying that signature without customer knowledge. The money I have given to continue this policy is also not safe with the above mention facts. I asked them that please return my money which I have given you form last 3 years. they are deniying not to give my money back.
So its kindly requested please look into the matter as it is not the matter with single individual may b lots of people wil b facing that problem. please take necessary steps against the company so that they dont play with customers money.
