Dear IRDA Officials ,

I am Prakash Chandra Rikhari holding policy no. 002153768 with Birla sunlife insurence company .

I have major concern about policy as follow :

* I have given 3 year premium of rs 573/month hence amount deposited with BSLI would be 20628 Rs. I asked to withdraw money and there executive informed me that sum 14678 rs will be given to you ,hence arround 6000 loss in 3 year.

I have same type of policy with LIC ,where 6800 is bonus I have with my saving with LIC . Does IRDA rules are different for different service provider.

* When BSLI executive can come to collect ECS form and checks when we take policy ,than why there executive are not coming to collect the ECS cancellation form and for money refund.

* BLSI executive does not provide the Escalation matrics at any cost, Is it justified at any cost ,not to provide escalation matrix to customer .

Also I want your advise on what kind of legal action can be taken against in this matter .

However I have logged complaint with consumer forum but if there is any other best option than please suggest.
