Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that i Mrs. Shima Nandi W/o Lt. Njkhilesh Nandi resident of LAXMI BAZAR ROAD, Karimganj, Assam is not getting my nominee claim after a period of 4-5 months over an insurance policy of Birla Sun Life Insurance which my husband had executed on 10th Feb 2011 under an advisor her name is HELENA ENDOW. When i asked over that matter at the local branch the Branch Head told me that the claim has been declined due to suppression of Mr. Nikhilesh Nandi health and habbit condition. At that time it shocked me as because i have other claims over various life insurance companies but they get ressolved without any declination because every medical report have been given supportively against my husband's health condition.
After all this incident it cames to my knowledge that the sales manager Mr. Sabyasachi Dev of the advisor Mrs. Helena Endow has misguided her during this policy implementation date for any type of sales target purpose and it remains as a huge problem for me for today.
So, its my earnest request to please take the necessary action as soon as possible.
