i am a employee ,i have a mediclame, when i went to admit my father in hospital,then hospital doctor say to admit my father for treatment by mediclame faculty cash less,next hour he submitt cash less request form
.and after one hour reply from pre aproval form from insurance compony at limit 10,000 but Dr. reject my cash less treatment then i request him to tratment , he take a condition that he start treatment when i hav submitt 10,000 Rs in advance .after treatment he did not give any reciept..
Now i what can do for return my deposite moniey.
Sir please help me
can i stay clam amount from insurance company .
