My car bearing registration No.HR 01X 0434 insured with with National Insurance Co. Ltd. (cashless) through Tata Motors (dealer-Metro Motors, Ambala Cantt).vide policy No.25041031096120010359 dated 26/03/2010 for Rs.2.24 lacs, met with a major accident on 4th April, 2010 near Ludhiana (while I was plying it) and was almost totally lost. Metro Motors were immediately informed and the salvaged car was picked up from the accident spot immediately and carried to Mouran, Ambala Cantt. As desired, I submitted all the requisite documents to Metro Motors, so as to enable them to file the insurance claim. Metro Motors filed claim form alongwith estimate No.6587 dt.28.4.2010 for Rs.3,94,109-38 with National Insurance Co. (copies of both can be produced as and when required). Insurers were mediating through Sh. Vinod Sharma said to be their surveyer. He has been putting me off and dilly dallying with one excuse or the other for the past 3 months each time assuring expeditious claim settlement. I am feeling flabbergasted on his U turn now, when he revealed to me on date that his claim cannot be settled without citing any ground.

You are requested to peruse the captioned facts and in their light arrange an immediate settlement of my claim.
