on 24 june 2010 i visited life ins corp office- 1 at chhapra, saran,bihar and parked my mobike at the place meant for parking. after a few minutes. when I was leaving a robust person appeared and demanded rs 5/. on my enquiry he revealed that he was demanding parking charge. I had not been asked to pay parking charge at any other financial institution like banks earlier. besides that at the time of parking ,the gentleman was nowhere to be seen and he had not issued any token also.hence I DOUBT HE IS ENGAGED in some unauthorised activity with the connivance of local functionaries.
I urge the authorities to look into the matter and take corrective measures so that the fair na
me of LIC may not be sullied by unscrupulous people and its customers are not harassed.
