    Default Cheating by Bajaj Allianz

    Inurance company: Bajaj Allianz
    Claim no. OC-11-2001-1801-00003067 and policy no. OG-10-1001-1801-00063166, for vehicle no- MH14BK1576 (loss 22nd June2010)

    Agent representing company specifically told me that since the previous policy did not belong to Bajaj Allianz, hence he was in a position to pass on no claim bonus and hence asked me to sign the form as per his guidance. (I specifically told him that there was a claim from previous policy)
    He assured me that everything will be managed and there will not be any problem in the claim process, in the event of any claim arising in the policy period and advised me to maintain that I had not taken any claim

    Comapny issued the policy.

    Now in the event of accident, campany has declined the claim.

    My submission

    1) Company should not have issued the policy, it took money, and now when claim has comeup they are just giving excuse to run away from claim.

    I request you to resolve my problem.

    Dear Pankaj,

    We would like to inform you that there is false declaration given by the insured on proposal form regarding NCB while taking the policy & we have the evidence of the same. He has taken 25% NCB from our company but there was a claim on his previous policy (Tata AIG).‘Wrong declaration’ is basically breach of ‘Utmost Good Faith’; hence we are proceeding towards ‘Repudiation’ of the subject claim as per the terms & conditions of the policy.
    We have also conveyed the same to you as well.

    Same thing happened with me also. But in my case my car is stolen, right now I am in total loss. And company has repudiated my claim on the same grounds as yours. Now the company is not accepting claim.

    Angry Bajaj allianz super saver Insurance plan

    Hi,

    I was cheated by bajaj allianz agent for super saver life insurance plan. The agent told me that i will get double the amount after 5 years. If i pay for the first 3 years 25,000 rs and nothing needs to be paid for the next 2 years. Then my amount will be doubled after 5 years. But i got my policy like it is a 15 years life insurance policy that too after 30 days. If i would have got it in 15 days then i would have returned the policy.

    I want to cancel this policy.

    Angry Payment Not Received after Policy Surrender

    Hi,

    I have surrendered my Policy no : 0041495101 on 29th October 2010, but till now Payment has not been received. I made many calls to Customer Care to which they have issued complaint no. : 8115458 but no action has been taken to make the payment. From past 1 month they have been telling me that my checque is ready and sent to me but i haven't received it .


    I request you to resolve my problem.

    Even I was cheated by bajaj allianz agent for super saver life insurance plan. The agent told me that i will get double the amount after 5 years (Which will include total Premium paid+Basic sum assured+Accrued Bonus) and policy would be for 5 years. If i pay the premium for the first 3 years i.e. 25,000Rs. Then my amount will be doubled after 5 years.
    The Agent contacted me was different and Agent name on my policy was different.
    But i got my policy for 10 years life insurance policy that too after a month. I want my money back, I do not want any extra money…..Why Bajaj Allianz is cheating people and pulling money, They do not even feel shame by doing all these nonsence.

    I want to cancel this policy.

    Default Cheated with hidden clauses - bajaj allianz insurance

    All,

    Beware of Bajaj Allianz, do not trust the brand they cheat people brutally with hidden clauses.

    I had purchased rather forced by an agent to buy a policy of 3 years payment. i had paid the first instalment and could not pay the second instalment in time because of financial issues. When i approached the insurance company they said i cannot pay now and need to wait 3 years to claim my first instalment amount.

    Now after 3 years they are saying that i will not get any money. They are saying that such rule is there in page 7 of the docment they have sent.

    It is very sad that I lost my complete amount of Rs 12,500.

    These people are worst than the robbers, they are robbing innocent people with hidden clauses.

    Angry Bajaj Allianz people rob customers

    Correct Pankaj.
    Bajaj Allianz people simply rob customers. E.g. while giving the policy, their agents say you can withdraw minimum after 3 years, and when I try it after 5 years, they say yes minimum after 3 years with penalty of 53.51%.

    Read more information here to avoid any these people do the same with you in furture.
