Hi,

I lost my father last year 1st August'2009.
We have BSNL landline phone connection, which was in his name.

There is a insurance policy by BSNL for the connection holders,
If the person on whose name the connection is, dies in accident, then his/her family will get 50000 against the insurance policy facilitated by BSNL.

As per the guidelines from BSNL we registered the Claim with Cholamandalam, within the time limit stated with the policy.

We are not rich enough to get the things easily.
Since August 2009, we are facing sorrow and grieves, and on that this response from the Insurance company disheartens us more.

Its almost 1 year and 4 months but no action has been taken.
As per rule, the company should issue the insured amount within 2 weeks.

We are really getting lost, as we are not rich enough to hire lawyer and file case against the insurance company.

We will request you (Govt. of India) to please look into the issue, and get us our deserving as soon as possible.
