I have Group Mediclaim with XXX company and I was submitted my file onwards 23rd December 2010 days with insurance company TPA office after 11th January they are given one repudiation letter to me & inform us those claim was “”PROVIDE REASON LATE INTIMATION AND LIATE SUBMISSION OF CLAIM“” but I am intimated before 48 hours by phone and office send email before 48 hours and Office submission of claim before one month of date of discharged so can u help me what I do further .

Date of of Admission : 27th Nov 2010 evening 4 P. M.
Claim Intimated by email (Office HR Dept.) 29th Nov. afternoon 12.01 PM (before 48 hours)
Date of Discharged 01st December 2010.
Claim submited our side 23rt December 2010.
Claim submited office side 30th Decemeber 2010.
All of of correct intimation and submission.

If I am paying money to insurance for my Mediclaim and they are providing thins kind of service then as a customer what shod I do .
