I want to say that i have taken the policy no. 221900/48/09/06/00002589
from united india insurance, prashant vihar, delhi 110085 from past two years.
Few days back(on 17/05/2010) i was admitted into the hostpital due to DETROYEUMUS CYST disease. I incurred the expenses of Rs. 39874.00 in the treatment. Now tpa medsave healthcare has rejected our claim on behalf of that we had not informed them about the claim within the 24 hrs of admission into the hospital. As I was not aware about this conditions, as when i got info about this i just call them about the hospitalization(19/05/2010). As there is nobody to take care of the patient, so we are not able to contact them in time.

Plz help me in getting the claim from the company, (rs. 39874.00)
