I want to cancel my policy .I could not afford the policy. This policy’s Term is very long. I am not satisfied terms & conditions of this policy.I don’t like so due to my Circumstances. Hence you are Kindly requested to cancel the Above Policy & Refund my money. As early as possible as critically required me. Sorry for the inconvenience coast to you. I received policy date is 18/6/10 and I submitted my policy at Himanagar branch on Da.21/6/10. As per your policy’S term & condition I submitted in 15 day so cancel my policy & refund my money.

I am amongst many life insurance cover seekers whose money is blocked with Kotak Old Life Insurance for over 50 days by now. Initially there was a delay in picking up my documents by one of the most unprofessional agency appointed by the Kotak Old Life insurance in Bangalore and later after many days I was told that my documents are incomplete.

I was so frustrated that at least 3-4 times I told them to refund my money but they have not done till date.

Musharraf is the official who was handling my case with Kotak Old Life.
