This in regard to the complaint against Aviva Life Insurance Co. Faridabad.Sector 16 Branch

I Harvinnder Singh purchased a policy of Rs 50000(Fifty Thousand)from Aviva Life Insurance,Faridabad Branch in the month of November 2009 dated 30/11/2009 for the purpose of tax savings but till June 2010 i have not received my policy documents and in the month of June 2010 i tracked my policy and i came to know that the policy documents are lying with faridabad branch itself and i went all the way to collect the policy to sector 16 faridabad branch and at the same time i had given the request to cancel the policy for which i have a received copy from faridabad branch people and they told me that within 7 working days will cancel the policy and refund you the funds but after 15 days when i did not got any news from Aviva then again i contacted them and then i came to know that my request has been rejected and then i wrote a mail to Aviva they again rejected my request and aviva people are claiming that at our end there is no service lapse.
Up to where i understand i can get my policy canceled within the 15 days after the receiving of the policy bond but i have given on the same day of the receiving of the policy bond because for the purpose(Tax Saving) which i took the policy it does not suffice.
So i requested those people so many times but they always rejected my request,now i request you people to do needful at your earliest convenience.
