i am having policy from national insurance co. for my show room.recently due to floods i have to bear a loss of of nearly Rs1,00,000.sir what i have studied in my life that insurance co. settle all the dues if the insuree had taken reasonable care as if they are not been insured.
water has entered in to my shop due to a front blockage of the drainage system of the rain water by a wrapper.
sir,
i just want to know that a wrapper whick blocked the drain is beyond my control as it has come with air.
now the company surviour told to me that there is no benifit for filing claim as company does not take it in the the category of floods as the water had come by the upper side.
