COMPLAINT LETTER

THIS COMPLAINT I AM WRITING YOU WITH UTMOST FAITH OF GETTING JUSTICE. RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE HAS DONE OPEN FRAUD WITH ME AND STILL DOING NOTHING TO COMPENSATE. AROUND 6 MONTHS BACK BEING AN ADVISOR OF RELIANCE LIFE , THEY SOLD ME ONE POLICY BY THE NAME OF “RELIANCE SUPER INVEST ASSURE PLAN”, POLICY NUMBER: 15659727, NAME: MANISH CHOPRA IN WHICH THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE GETTING AROUND 50% AMOUNT BACK TO ME AS AN ADVISOR (INCLUDING CONTEST PAYOUT).



I AM AFTER THEM SINCE 6 MONTHS FOR MY MONEY, FOR WHICH I VISITED THEIR BRANCH MANY TIMES, EVERY TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS RELEASING. THEY ARE CONSTANTLY MAKING FOOL OF OTHERS NOT SHOWING EVEN A BIT OF SHYNESS. THEY THINK THAT THEY CAN CHEAT WITH EVERYONE, BUT DON’T THINK ABOUT IF SOMEONE SERIOUSLY DEAL THE MATTER WITH THE HELP OF MANAGING COMMITTEE, THEY WILL BE OF NOWHERE.



MOST IMPORTANTLY 6 MONTHS HAS GONE AND STILL I DON’T GET MY POLICY. SOMETIMES I THINK IT WAS MY EVER WORST TIME WHEN I JOINED RELIANCE AS AN ADVISOR. IF THEY ARE NOT DEALING WITH ME JUSTICELY WHEN I AM ALIVE, DAMN SURE THEY ARE NOT AT ANY COST WILL DO FOR MY POLICY AS WELL WITH MY FAMILY AFTER ME. AFTER ALL THIS IN CONSIDERATION I ALSO SUBMITTED COUPLE OF TIMES POLICY CANCELLATION REQUEST AS PER BRANCH DISCUSSION LONG AGO, BUT THEY ARE LIKE THE HERO OF THE CAPITAL DOES NOT CARE FOR ANYONE.



AND I HAVE ALL THE PROOFS OF CONVERSATION, COMMITMENT THEY HAVE DONE WITH ME FOR WHICH EVERYTIME THEY FAILED TO FULFILL. ALL E-MAIL FOLLOW-UPS WITH THEIR NAMES AND ID's (MAILS HISTORY ATTACHED WITH THIS MAIL)

I HOPE THEY WILL BE PENALIZED IF I WON’T GET MY REFUND AND FOR KEEPING ME BEHIND THE VEIL AND MAKE ME SUFFER A LOT FOR OUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

weak and taking a fresh cancellation application every time with my
documents & cheques.

SIR, AS PER MY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT INSURANCE AS A LAYMAN IS THAT INSURANCE
IS DRIVEN ON TRUST THAT YOU WILL PAY TO MY FAMILY (NOMINEE) WHEN I WILL
NOT ALIVE IN THIS WORLD. NOW IF BEING ALIVE, IF I CAN'T EVEN GET IN TOUCH
WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES, CAN'T GET POLICY DOCUMENTS SINCE LAST YEAR NOV 2009
AND NOW WHEN I AM PREPARING FOR LEGAL ACTION (GO TO POLICE, PRESS AND
IRDA), EVERYDAY A NEW PERSON IS CALLING ME AND AGAIN ASKING TO NARRATE THE
CASE, RELIANCE HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO CALL ME EVERYDAY TILL THE END OF
MY LIFE AND THE THE CASE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY OVER. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO
BELIEVE THAT YOUR COMPANY WILL PAY TO MY FAMILY AFTER MY DEATH.

ANYWAYS, THIS IS VERY VERY SERIOUS BREACH OF TRUST AND I CAN'T CONTINUE
WITH RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE IN ANY CASE. CANCEL MY POLICY NO. 15659727
AND RETURN BACK MY MONEY OR I WILL NOT BE HAVING ANY OPTION OTHER THEN
TAKING THE MATTER TO IRDA, DELHI POLICE AND I WILL ALSO APPROACH LEADING
NEWSPAPERS(THE TIMES OF INDIA, HINDUSTAN TIMES, PUNJAB KESARI, DAINIK
JAGRAN ETC.)


Mr. Sahoo, I WAS NEVER EXPECTING THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR FROM
YOUR SENIOR STAFF LIKE PANKAJ GERA AND BHAWNA MANTAN, BY GREAT DIFFICULTY
NOW I GOT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS, I HOPE YOU BEING A NATIONAL HEAD YOU WILL
SHOW SOME PROFESSIONALISM AND HELP ME IN GETTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY

i m yogesh doshi staying in mulund (mumbai). I have wrote this letter to inform you that, we have invested in your reliance cash flow policy. amount invested was rs 30000 on date 19 jan 2011.my policy no is 18428738.
my problem is that your employee did not gave the whole information about the policy claims. and when we invested in it later all the details were given after the money was paid and the policy was withdrawn.
we did not agreed with the terms and we now want to cancel our policy and we want our invested money Rs 30000 back.

i am writing this complaint to you because i am being cheated by your advisor yashwardhan his contact number is 09654697192 instead of calling him repeadaetly times. He is not answering the call he cheated me.

I am here after three months for my plocy papers which he stated. But the papers recieved by me doesn't serve the terms he stated now i am in total loss because of this fraud person. I am really atonished by your company where people call cutomers n cheat people by there policies being such a huge company the amount paid is fully not given to the policy holders.

I have proof of the statements said by yashwardhan to me about the policy terms which are proving to be fake now. I request you to take a strict action against your fraud employee yashwardhan who cheat people this way is your company teach your employees how to make people fool.

I hope you will take a stirct action against this and return my policy amount as i am being cheated.
