Sub:- The Deficiency in the Services of Reliance Life Insurance in
Policy No10465071 by the Name of Master Bhuven Aggarwal

Respected Sir,

The Consumer Master Bhuven Aggarwal is availing the Reliance Life Insurance Policy No.10465071

But due to the Deficiency in the Service Providing by Reliance Life Insurance the Consumer Master Bhuven Aggarwal has decided to withdraw the Policy from Reliance Life Insurance and want his money back which had already being deposited to Reliance Life Insurance as premium of the policy.

The Policy Holder Consumer and The Reliance Life Insurance had a regular exchange of Communicative in Person as well as in Written

But our all efforts went in vain and no relief has been provided by the Reliance Life Insurance. The Reliance Life Insurance says that this policy not belong to Master Bhuven Aggarwal and have that policy some one els. Then why they got money / payment of that policy from Master Bhuven Aggarwal, we want that money which they got from us wrongly.

You are requested to please look into the matter and pass appropriate Instructions to the Reliance Life Insurance. Consumer Master Bhuven Aggarwal vide Policy No 10465071, wants to withdraw his money along with the Benefits of the Policy which has already being paid as a Premium
