Sir/M’am
I have a PARIVAR MEDICLAIM POLICY with NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED through TPA ALANKIT HEALTHCARE LTD. I am reaching out to you to report a delinquency in processing my claim under Policy No. 360501/48/09/8500000820. It is so depressing that first I had to go through the sickness of my child and then the exertion of dealing with these claim handlers for the refund of the money which was deducted from my claim unnecessarily. It is almost three months that I am trying to get the refund. On Jun 23rd, 2010. I personally met with Mr. Sabir of Alankit healthcare ltd. to explain the situation to him and after our discussion, he helped me file an application for the refund. I met with Dr. Mukesh also and provided all the necessary documentary evidence that my claim is not fraudulent, and I am entitled for the full repayment as per my policy terms but so far no action has been taken.
I would like to clarify the objections once again for your convenience:
1.Deduction of room rent of Rs. 4500 which we are eligible as per your policy conditions.(SI 5,00,000 ,1%of the SI i.e. Rs. 5,000.)
2.Prescription of the medicine was shown to Mr. Sabir and photocopy of the prescription is also enclosed with the claim file as well as with application.
3.Casualty rent charges:These charges have been incurred because the injection ceftriaxone 2gm (monocef)was to be given through IV twice a day as per doctor's advice.(Doctor's advice is also enclosed). as this procedure use to take 1-1 1/2 hour therefore it could be done in casualty only. I had explain this to Mr. Sabir also.
I am reaching out to you in the anticipation that you will help me resolve this matter and reimburse my money. I will appreciate your help very much.
Thank You
Monika Minocha
