I am holder of mediclaim Policy no. 11665498. Under this policy I had submitted my claim in the month of Oct -2009.
Company has rejected the claim on the ground that hospitalisation is less than 24 hours. However as per Doctor certificate hospitlisation is more than 24 hours.
