my uncle Bharat J Shah has suffered with heart attack on 7/12/2009. he was operated upon in mahavir cardiac hospital at surat. then the claim of RS. 129404 was submitted with health india surat within 15 days appx.
the policy no is 23090134091100001174.
then several visits have been made by my cousin to the office for the claim amount. however every time he was informed that the file has been delivered to mumbai and yet not has been recd by the Surat branch.
they gave the details of mumbai branch where we enquired but has not recd any satisfactory reply.
i request you on behalf of my uncle to look into this metter and try to ask the concerned officer for non acceptance of this six months old claim.
