My Father was admitted on ActionBalaji Hospital on 15th Oct-16th Oct'11 for Soft Fissure Surgery against which the Hospital slamed INR 54,402 out of which the claim we recieved was INR 18,486.

- Firstly, Our card number had incorrect policy number(old policy) which created lot of fuss and confusion.

- Secondly, The hospital expense for one day surgery was INR 54,402 out of we got a claim of INR 18,486. I repeatly

called your call centre, spoke to Pawan, Pradeep (please check your recorded calls between 5:30 - 6:30)15th Oct'11

asking for the break up of INR 18,486 against the expense charged by hospital. None of your agents took initave to

update me on the break up instead ignored saying we wont be able to provide you with the breakup. They repeatdly

said, you will get a call in 10mnts.

On 17th Oct, I called up customer agent Ms Maya (between (11:45Am-12:00) and checked the status. She updated by

saying our seniors "Mr Surender or Sunil Kumar or Ms Santosh will surely call back in 10 mnts. But no one bothered

to call.

These are lame excuses for not covering our payment.

The biggest issue I have is why have my OPD,diagnostic,Surgery and consulation charges not included in the bill.
