Myself is Harvinder Singh S/o. Sh. Avtar Singh W.No:-6, H.No:-155 , Distt. Kathua (J&K) taken a plan EAPl , 5years plan ( monthly- 500 Rs) within first premium Receipt No:- EAPL/FR/No. 01002 dated 03-12-1997 with Office code No:- BRN-22 . My policy is due on 15-10-2002 . and date of redemption is 15-11-2002. But inspite of my timely visists to Advisor from whom i have taken the policy. No result is found and they refused to pay me my money. I am having receipt and all related documents . Plz give me necessary help what can i do. or give me proper guidelines to trace the culprits.

Kathua (J&K) taken a plan EAPl , 5years plan ( monthly- 1000 Rs) within first premium Receipt No:- EAPL/FR/NO. 0495 dated 12-8-1997 with Office code No:- KTH-13-BRT . My policy is due on 12-07-2002 . and date of redemption is 12-08-2002. But inspite of my timely visists to Advisor from whom i have taken the policy. No result is found and they refused to pay me my money. I am having receipt and all related documents . Plz give me necessary help what can i do. or give me proper guidelines to trace the culprits and how can i get the money back.
