Dear SirMadam,
This is to inform you that I had purchased a Family Floater Health Guard Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz on 19th January 2012. I purchased it online and made the payment of Rs. 6337/- using Net Banking facility through my State Bank of India Account.
But in-spite of the successful transaction (as told by your customer support and sales team), I have not yet received any online payment receipt for the payment made. On Friday (20th January 2012), I was assured by the Sales Team Representative that I would be receiving the online payment receipt latest by Saturday (21st June 2012). But till today I have not received any receipt or any other document from Bajaj Allianz. Inspite of repeated call and assurance by the Bajaj Allianz Customer Care people, I have not received anything.
I have purchased this policy to avail benefit under 80D of the Income Tax Policy. I need to submit the payment receipt to my office by EOD 23rd January 2012to avail the benefit.
