with due respect it is submitted that a fire was occured in our factory as on 26.2.2009 and my banker nanital bank ltd. has informed to your modinagar branch about this fire. they deputed a surveyar mr. balbir singh and a investigator mr. r.k.sharma on this case after one year they give their reports to the branch after that mr. s.k.aggarwal from meerut also deputed on this case as on feb.2010 whose report is still waiting. so please look at this matter and settel he claim please.
