I took the policy from "Max Newyork Life Insurance" through Mr. Pratham (Delhi) Mob. No. 9711899400 and Mr. Anand Mob. No. 7838975292 Mr. Anand came to my house at Faridabad to collect the Cheque of Rs. 15,000/- as 1st premium. I was told by him that you will get Rs. 1,67,000/- on completion of 06 years after making full payment of 6 installments @ Rs. 15,000/- each year. He also told that in addition to this, there is an option either you may take a Gold Coin of 5 gms within 45 to 90 days or a tour package for family to Goa or Rameshwaram. Then I opted for Gold Coin. He also said that the policy covers Rs.2 lakh normal insurance cover and Rs. 4 lakh insurance cover in case of death in Govt. Transport i.e. Roadways Bus, Train or Airplane and this amount will be doubled after 03 years after making payment of Rs. 45,000/- and in addition to this there is also medical cover for all family members.I have a hand written note by Mr. Anand .

I was in regular touch with Mr. Pratham over phone regarding Gold Coin. He always convinced me that the same will be given to you within 45-90 days through courier. On expiry of 90 days, I tried to talk with Mr. Pratham since last 10 days but he is not receiving my calls. I have also spoken to Mr. Anand for the same but he replied that I am only an agent and collect the payment from policy holders on the direction of Mr. Pratham.

When I failed to talk with Mr. Pratham, then I talked with Mr. Mohit an employee of "Max newyork life insurance" on their helpline then he told me that there is no such scheme for Gold Coin, and no amount of Rs.1,67,000/- is payable to me after 6 years. He also suggested me that you give an application to your nearest branch of our Insurance Company filing a comlaint against company's agent . The company also refused to refund the premium.

Please suggest me if I can get my first premium of Rs. 15,000/- refunded from the company on cancelation of the policy .
