I am writing this complaint regarding misleading me by one of sales representive from ICICI Prudential Life Insurence.Last year sales rep sold me one policy by saying that there is no locking period for this policy and I can withdraw money any time.But this year when I went to deposit the premium amount I inquired in the branch about the policy amount and formality to withdraw the policy but I was shocked when I came to know that I can't withdraw it till 10 year as 10 year is the minimum locking period for the policy. It is really sad that ICICI prudential have these type of guys who misleads the customer as I have deep faith in ICICI and have very good past relationship.
Right now I am not interested to continua for the same
I would like to lodge this complaint as a fraud case against ICICI Prudential for doing marketing by means of unethical & fraudulent way. This things should be stopped as soon as possible. Also I would request you to tell me how can I get this money back. I really can not withstand this kinds of fraud things happening with the normal people by a reputed financial institution of India. It apparently seems that India is not having any laws & private financial institutions are doing their business by cheating people in this way. It should be stopped by any means.
