This is to bring to your kind attention that I (SURESH CHAND) is an owner of the car having registration no. DL2C N 9286 (Marti Zen LX) model Oct 2000. My car was insured from NATIONAL INSURANCE Company which is having tieup with MARUTI Competent Mehrauli branch. On 16th March 2010 i reached for insurance claim at Maruti Competent Mehrauli, they called the Surveyor (Mr. Ajay Girdhar) to survey the car condition and to make the estimate for the claim but on seeing the car condition surveyor claims that no claim will be allowed for the damages and claims that policy of the car/ insurance company will not pay for this. I take my car back without any repair and insurance claim. NOW the problem arises when today is the last renewal day of that policy and i came to know that on that day (16th March 2010) the surveyor passes the claim on my policy in the amount of Rs. 989/- (app.) which will not benefit me for no claim bonus in next policy. I talked to the head of National Insurance Company Mr. Sudhir Pal on 9811203009, 01123713102 and he reply that nothing can be done. WHAT A SAHMEFULL OF THE HEAD OF INSURANCE COMPANY. he also claims that that charges are for surveyor fees But my question is that fees should be paid by the company and not to be charged from the customer if the policy is not claimed or passed by the surveyor.
MOREOVER the online call agents (MADHURI, 01146781034)and the insurance staff of MARUTI COMPETENT MEHRAULI (Mr. Khan, Mr. Salim, Mr. Mahender, Mr. Jitender) also claims that this is a fake charge and should be returned by the comapny to me.
