Default Frauds by Appolo munich Health Insurance

I applied for Health Insurance at Appolo Munich for my father, mother. But they rejected my policy claiming both of my parents are diabetic. The insurance company is not providing clear information stating diabetic patients are not eligible for Insurance in any of there so claimed documents. Due to this reason I ended up paying 500/- for my parents pre-medical checkup even after i informed those prior that both my parents are diabetic.

I would like to lodge a complaint against Appollo Munich for not informing me about hidden conditions in the policy; like: A diabetic person is not eligible for insurance.

Deadset... Apollo morons don't know what insurance is all about .. They should be mortified to cheat & harrass customers. I urge you and other interested customers to have a once over at their deceptive policy wordings prior to taking the policy. They actually cover NOTHING for the first two years ( See section 6 of the policy wordings ) Their TPA FHPL are morons that operate upon instructions by Apollo people and reject genuine claims. This company offers mediocre service and should be barred from providing services in India.
