Sub – Miss selling policy worth Rs 20Lakh & Documents not received

I m Sandeep Kumar. In October 2008 I buy three single premium policy From HDFC standard Life Insurance company one for my Mother Magej devi of Rs 7 Lakh And two for me of Rs 10 Lakh & Rs 3 lakh

After 5-6 months I received my policy documents of my policy. no – 12462288 of Rs 10 Lakh . But I do not received any documents for my other policy, After 1 year a got a call from HDFC Standard life about my second premium of policy. no – 12339260 & 1246228 they told my that both of these policy are not single premium policy But some ULIP plans so please pay their premiums.
When I met HDFC standard Life Insurance’s operation manager in gurgaon Sec-14, they told me I have to pay at least 3 premiums, In case I don’t pay those premiums then according to our company rules they will cut 95% of my money

When I ask them for my policy documents, they told me “somebody has already received your policy & we will give you another policy document within 15 days” but after 1 month I do not received any documents then I called their customer care center they told me that “those documents are in Gurgaon sec-14 branch you can collect from them” when I got to sec-14 branch they told me that that those documents are in sec-53 branch
when I got to sec-53 branch they told me that they have returned those documents to Mumbai Head office, since then I am wandering I search of my policy documents

on 20th of October I received a call from HDFC Life he told me if I don’t pay those remaining premium my policy will be auto terminated with 95% cutting, they are mentally torturing me

Sir/Madam please help me
as I cannot pay those remaining premiums because I have taken them with a point of view of one time investment
please take action urgently
