I have taken a policy from Future Generali on 26.07.2011.(Dream Guarantee Plan)
Policy No.00851358.Receipt No.11375688.
For this purpose their Financial Planning Associate Mr.Jitendra Kumar Tripathi & Mr.Prakash Jha met me and gave me the clarification about the plan and that time they assured me that a special offer is going on i.e. if I would invest Rs.16000.00 at a time the company will provide free gift scheme which includes
1.One Branded Shirt.
2.One Mobile Phone(With Latest Features)
3.One wireless optical Mouse.
But till date I have got only one shirt and afterwards whenever I try to call to Mr.Tripathy(No.9560649557) or Mr.Prakash Jha(No.9582999723) they never pick up the phone and try to avoiding me.
I called to their Delhi office & Mumbai office but nobody could help me in this matter even they denied to know the above said persons and advice me to write customer care.

Please resolve the matter at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I,Kriti brijpuia had submitted my humble request for
cancilliation of my policy no C675188784 on dated21st july
but I am very sorry to say,still I am not getting any responce
from your self.
Sir,I Request for cancilliation because broker appointed by you
"INDIA INFOLINE INSURENCE BROKER" had totally cheated
me. Manager of co. MR,Purohit , explaned me for policy amt.of
Rs.400000,with same premium of Rs 19000/ but I recieved Policy
for Rs,211000, only. he insure me return of Rs.30000/ each year ofter
compliation of five year terms, he assure me for medical benifits to,
me and my mother. BUT no such terms shown in policy.
Sir,after receiving the policy I informed toMr,Purohit ,that policy is
not as per terms &condition explained by him,he took back the policy
backon dated "28/05/2011"with assurence to complete the process of
canciliation and help me to get my money back.BUT again he kept the
policy in his drawer.on 21st july when I contect him ,he guide me to
your Jabalpur office, SIR, reason for dealy is not my fault,but it is
dalayed by your corporate broker India infoline.
