Impressed with the future generali insurance advertisements and publications, you are publishing in the market I opted your service of insurance couple of months back. But now I am experiencing the real colors of your service.
I enrolled to the policy in the month of February, after 3 months of enrollment, I could able to get my policy bond after reaching to the office situated in jayanagar (Bangalore). Your service is so worst that, you people are not bothered to ask whether I got my bond or not. Even if I call to your customer care ‘n’ number of times, They are speaking as if they don’t know anything about the policy.
Please train that guy who doesn’t know about the policy.
When I enquired about my medical and health cards, Which I was suppose to get on my policy. They doesn’t know about that and they are telling I couldn’t able to get it for the policy which I enroll for.
At the time of enrollment they told that I am going to get a e-bay card where I can get few discounts up to 30% on electronic goods. They shown me colors in the dreams very nicely.
If you can please cancel my policy and give my money back. I am attaching a document in this mail. Please check the supporting document of my policy.
Till now, I am trying to get my parents medical card. I spoke with Mukesh, Kishore(very very busy person in the world), vijay(switch off after speaking twice) and only person who response is vinod(who collected my documents).
Please stop this shitting business of cheating the people by giving false promises. As Mukesh know, I did this policy only for my parents sake. I had not approach anybody to do the policy, They have approached me and cheated.
Please arrange some responsible person to speak with me asap on 9886856222 before I escalate this matter further.
