Sub:- To Get Refund of my money along with interest as I have been cheated by the Max –New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd.


Sir/ Madam,
It is to bring in your notice that I had deposited Rs 30,000 at The Max –New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd (Gurgoan) with cheque No.12107603 dated 22-05-2009 from J&K Bank Ltd. for the insurance policy pledged with 100% money investment with NO other charges of any kind like premium allocation charges.
So far I have NOT got the POLICY Bond so far for last ONE YEAR. Now from some sources like customer care of The Max –New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. I came to know that 30% amount has been already deducted as some charges & about 40% more charges have been levied by this company as Premium allocation charges & other charges.

I have been Cheated very badly .Had They provided me the Policy Bond in proper framework of time, I would have NOT invested this 30,000 Rs of my hard earned money rather I had taken my cheque / money back.
This Non-providing of Policy Bond to me has been done by them deliberately to trap me in this Disastrous policy.
So, please Help me to get Refund of my this hard-earned money along with interest as I have been cheated by Max –New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
I have already contacted the Max –New York Life Insurance Co. many times without any results.A copy of sent mail have been attached.
Now I am seriously thinking to take a legal action in court of law along with demand of compensation for the Physical & Mental sufferings I underwent despite being a respectable senior Citizen of this country.
Kindly Help me to get refund of my money along with interest from Max –New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. who have cheated me.
