I have purchased second hand car.When I bought it ,its insurnace was expired.So I have applied for new insurance from HDFC ERGO. I wish to transfer my car in my wife's name.The policy papers came in wrong name & information(neither in my wife's name nor name in RC copy).I got to know from customer care that these papers is of no use. I have given cheque in june 2011. I have recieved corrected policy last week only.So also half the year is gone ,so I requested them to issue policy from Nov 11 or refund my half money paid.But they are asking money to do that.And they are not attending phone calls.Branch manager is Mr Anupam Gheroy is responsible person & is not responding to my mails.
